We require a Meet-and-Greet Interview with You and your Dogs first,
then a Scheduled "Free Daycare Day" (for Evaluation)
before making Reservations for Daycare or Boarding.

Minimum Requirements

We only accept indoor dogs that are non-aggressive, friendly, and sociable
with both people and dogs.
All dogs must be Spayed or Neutered and
Up-to-Date on all their Vaccinations.

We require written proof of Vaccinations from your Vet to include these three Vaccines:
* DA2PPv or DHLPP (Distemper, Parvo, Leptospirosis, etc...)
* Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
* Rabies
Expired vaccinations must be updated before scheduling future services.

Easy Steps for Getting Started
Step 1.
Schedule a Meet and Greet interview with us. The Meet and Greet interview is mandatory for all owners and their dogs. Make sure your dogs are up to date on their vaccinations and bring a copy of their vet records with you.
Step 2.
After our Meet and Greet Interview, we'll schedule one "Free Day of Daycare". The Free Day of Daycare is also mandatory. It cannot be done on the same day as the Meet and Greet and cannot be scheduled consecutively with any other reservations. The Free Day must be a minimum of 4 hours. The Free Day will determine whether or not we'll be able to confirm acceptance or not and set a final price for Boarding and Daycare. This is an evaluation period where we look for compatibility, behavior, and habits.

When your dogs stay overnight with us all they need to bring is:

(No toys or food bowls are needed. Please label and inventory all of your belongings.)

...and we just wanted you to know that if unfortunately, we cannot keep your dog, it doesn't necessarily mean that he's a bad boy or girl! It could very simply mean that he doesn't like it here. Most dogs do, but some dogs don't. It could be that he doesn't like change, or making new friends, or maybe he doesn't like all the activity going on, but for whatever reason... he just don't like it here. Staying here is stressful on your dogs; young, old, big or small, and of course we want everybody to get along with each other, but just like people, dogs have their likes and dislikes as well. We can tell when a dog is not liking it here. We really want the best for all of the dogs staying with us; especially concerning their health, safety, and well-being. So, If your dog doesn't like it here or if we just can't accept him, we're saying it in the best interest of your dog and all the other dogs we keep. We certainly wish no hard feelings between you and us, or anybody else and their pets.

The bottom line is...
We run a really cool place for your dogs to stay that's safe, comfortable, and exciting for them and just as fun for us and the other dogs as well. So we need to evaluate the behavior, temperament, and compatibility of your dogs before they can stay with us. We do that with our "Meet-and-Greet" interview and "Free-Day of Daycare" for all first-time dogs. All dogs staying with us must be friendly and non-threatening, well behaved, and housebroken. The Meet & Greet allows you see our facility and you can decide if you want your dogs to have a great vacation and fun stay with us. Best of all, you don't have to worry about the care and attention your babies get when you leave them with us. There's always someone here 24/7 and all the dogs are petted, loved, hugged and kissed, and talked to, all the time.

We only keep dogs that sleep in your house at night.
